Located in Colorado, this recreational paradise is heavily forested with aspens, spruce and mature pines surrounded by thousands of acres of BLM lands. The views are simply stunning as you look at Pikes Peak and the Sangre De Cristos. This area is perfect for hiking, ATV riding, camping, hunting or just a private getaway. Located just 2 hours west/southwest of Colorado Springs and about 25 miles northwest of Canon City off Highway 9.

Directions from Canon City, Colorado

North on Hwy 50 approximately 8.7 miles. Go past Royal Gorge entrance (which goes south) to Hwy 9 going North. 
Turn North (right) on Hwy 9
Take Hwy 9 to Tallahassee Road, approximately 10.7 miles (between mile marker 10 and 11).
Left on Tallahassee Road (county dirt road). Drive through 3 cattle guards to Y junction.  Go to left.
Drive through another cattle guard, take the left at the Y junction, (Road 21A) (lots of mail boxes)
Drive through another cattle guard, turn left at Grandmother Gulch Road (just over small river bed)
Take Grandmother Gulch road (private road) to Cabin Creek/Gardner Peak/Bar J gate (Gate #1).  Need key or combination to gain access.
Take Grandmother Gulch road to Gardner Peak Ranch Gate (Gate #2).  Need combination to gain access.
